The goal was to bring all government agencies (County, Port and City) together with waterfront stakeholders to brainstorm ideas for marketing the asstets of the waterfront to the outside world.
The result of this Charette was instigation of the first full-fledged waterfront masterplan for the city and bellingham Bay...ever.
This resulted in further masterplan efforts with the AIA DAT, Waterfront Futures Group and direct for the Port and City.
